The remainder is paid on collection or prior shipment.

How long does it take to make a board?
We take 5 weeks window for your order, not including shipping time.
Can you make it quicker?
Yes, it may be discussed. Any order under 3 weeks timing go as urgent and will cost more.

How many colours can I choose?
We recommend you choose max 2-3 colours: 2 main and 1 contrast splash-colour. More than 3 colours can look “messy” on the board. We leave the right to make every board according to Bob’s Boards’ label style.
The surfboard can have matt or glossy finish.
The surfboard can include a fabric inlay from our original selection of suitable fabrics. In case of choosing an inlay we recommend, that the primary colour of the surfboard matches the inlay colour.
What if I changed my mind?
The first deposit is non-refundable. If you change your mind after the surfboard was shaped/glassed as agreed, you would have to place a new deposit. As much as we want you to have the surfboard of your dreams, we must guarantee the blank waste to the company. We hope for your understanding. All the corrections on size, shape & primary colour must be made before the shape is agreed with the shaper and the color with the glasser.
Where do I get fins/leash/board bag/tailpad/wax etc?
We have a selection of hand-made single fins and kiel fins in stock – check our Shop gallery. You can buy the basic fin set from us as well. We will give you recommendations where to buy the rest locally or online.
Can you ship the surfboard to me?
We currently ship to Europe & UK, extra charges 150€ – 200€ apply, depending on the size of the surfboard.
Can I have a discount please?
If you want more than 2 surfboards – sure! Also the stock surfboards in our coffeeshop Coffee&Waves are cheaper than custom-made surfboards.
Can I buy wholesale?
3 surfboards order including 1 longboard is a minimum for wholesale prices.
Do you do ding repairs?
Yes, please contact Sam via whatsApp, email or FB page with subject “Repairs” and sending the picture of the ding.
